Nestled in the stunning Montelupone countryside, atop a hill, Infiniti Colli is a modern villa. Perfect for those seeking tranquility and comfort in bright, welcoming spaces. With a splendid panoramic view, a large garden with a private pool allows you to connect with nature amidst the beauty and tranquility of the Marche region.

The villa offers five bedrooms, all equipped with walk-in closets and spaces designed for guests' daily comfort. Each room has a different personality, with details and atmospheres that make each space unique and welcoming. Three bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed, and the last bedroom is furnished with two single beds.

The villa features two fully equipped kitchens, designed to provide everything you need for everyday life and social gatherings. Both kitchens are open-plan and share space with their respective dining rooms, creating bright, welcoming, and functional spaces. Each room has a different style, with distinct yet harmonious atmospheres. The dining rooms have direct access to the outdoor spaces, allowing for easy dining al fresco, amidst the garden, the large outdoor table, the open view, and the pool. The villa also features a TV room with sofas and ottomans, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a movie night with friends. There is also a small living room where ceramic works by an emerging local artist are displayed and available for sale.

The villa features four complete bathrooms, three with showers and one with a bathtub, designed to provide comfort and convenience during your stay. Additionally, there is a well-equipped laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, space for hand-washing, and all necessary items for ironing clothes.

All essential items for the house are provided, including bedding, towels, and kitchen textiles. The outdoor spaces include a barbecue, sun loungers, a shaded area for parking cars, and a large outdoor table with umbrellas, ideal for enjoying meals in the garden. Pets are welcome; we simply ask that you inform us of their presence when making a reservation.

Guests can also enjoy the vegetablegarden cultivated by the owners, according to seasonal availability. The property also features a traditional wood-fired oven, where the hosts prepare homemade pizza and love to share this authentic Italian culinary experience with their guests.
